CUSTODY AGRBZMBNT
THIS AGREEMENT, made thisJ/~ day of i}1'-il ,
1996, by and between VICKI SHORT, of carlisle, cum erland county,
pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as "Short", and SANDRA J.
PALMER, of New cumberland, cumberland county, pennsylania,
hereinafter referred to as "Palmer."
WITNESSETH I
WHEREAS, Short is the natural parent of Derek James
Wolf, born June 30, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Palmer is the maternal grandmother of the said
Derek Wolf; and
WHEREAS, Short is currently incarcerated in Muncy; and
WHEREAS, Short and Palmer desire that Palmer has full
legal and full primary physical custody of Derek while short is
unavailable.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the aforementioned
recitals and the hereinafter provisions, Short and Palmer do
hereby promise, covenant and agree:
1. Short is the natural mother of Derek J. Wolf, born
June 30, 1982.
2. Palmer is the maternal grandmother of Derek J.
Wolf.
3. Short is temporarilY out of the area, incarcerated
in Muncy State prison, and unable to provide for the day to day
care of her son, Derek.
4. Short and Palmer agree that pending further
agreement of the parties and/or further Order of Court, that
while Short is incarcerated, legal custody and primary physical
custody of Derek J. Wolf shall be vested in the maternal
grandmother, Sandra J. Palmer.
5. Each party has had the opportunity to review this
agreement, and each party intends to be legally bound in
executing the same.
