Whereas, Owners are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
Contractor for the erection of a single family dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland Count3', Pennsylvania, more fully described as follows:

lolynn M. Klalber as recorded in Dc.ed Book "W", Volume 32, Page 69~7, as Parc. al 1 of the
public records of Cmnberland Count5,, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; thence North 55
degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East, along the Southerly property line of sa/d lands, a
distance of 172.80 lc.et to the POINT OF BEGIN2qING oft, his description.
THENCE North 38 degrees 47 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 1.55 foot; thence along
a circular cra'ye to the right on a radius orS.00 feet an arc length distance of 7.60 feet; thence
along a circular curve to the left on a radius orS0.00 feet an arc length distance of 94.60 feet;

contract aforesaid, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor
to conunence work on r. he said building, or purchase materials for the same. in consideration of the
Ow'nets making of the said contract with Contractor, and intending to be legally bound hereby, it is
a~eed that no lien shall be filed against the building by Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any
of the materialmcn or workmen or ,any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
