On or about June 7, 1996, Plaintiff commenced an action against the Defendants asserting an entitlement to payment for professional appraisal services, 2. Plaintiff commenced the above-captioned action before District Justice Robert V. Manlove. A true and correct copy of the Complaint is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". 3. On or about August 22, 1996, Judgment was entered against the Defendants for Plaintiff's claimed damages including jUdgment and costs. A true and correct copy of the Notice of Judgment is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B". 4. Defendants had thirty (30) days in which to appeal the Judgment obtained before District Justice Manlove. 5. On or about September 20, 1996, the Defendants did in fact appeal the Judgment entered on August 22, 1996; however, the Defendants inadvertently filed the Appeal with the Court of Common Please of Dauphin County, A true and correct copy of the Appeal and receipt of Appeal from Dauphin county are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "C". 6. G. Connor Real Estate, to file a response to your Rule to Show Cause. This extension shall be for an indefinite time period as it appears the parties have reached a compromised settlement of their dispute.
