Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania 17011.
2. The defendant is Shawn Roberto, residing at RD2 Box
2318, Duncannon, Perry County, Pennsylvania 17020.
3. The plaintiff seeks custody of the following children:

on weekends during the father's vacation time unless the
father takes the children on a vacation trip including
weekends, The father also has the right to have the
children for an agreed upon time on weekends during the
mother's vacation period unless the mother takes the
children on a vacation trip including weekends,
e. Other times agreed upon by the parties.
4, The mother and father shall alternate custody on
ChristmaH Eve and Christmas Day each year, one parent having the
children from noon Christmas Eve until noon Christmas Day and the
other parent having the children from noon Christmas Day until
noon December 26, with the mother having Christmas Eve in 1996
and even numbered years thereafter.
5, The mother and father shall alternate custody New Years
Eve and New Years Day, with one party having New Years Eve and
the other having New Years Day. The father shall have New Years
Eve 1996 and in even numbered years thereafter.
6. The mother and father shall share custody during the
days the children have off from school for the Christmas Holiday
at times to be mutuallY agreed upon by the parties,
7, The mother and father, by wutual agreement, may vary
from this schedule at any time,
8, Each parent shall notify the other immediately of
medical emergencies which arise while the children are in that
parent's care,
9, The parties realize that their children's well being is

c. Periods of time on the children's birthdays to be
agreed upon by the parties.
d. Six weeks each summer, The father shall give the
mother at least 30 days notice as to when his period of
summer custody will take place. The mother shall have
the right to have the children for an agreed upon time
on weekends during the father's vacation time unless the
father takes the children on a vacation trip including
weekends. The father also has the right to have the
children for an agreed upon time on weekends during the
mother's vacation period unless the mother takes the
children on a vacation trip including weekends.
e. Other times agreed upon by the parties,
