at 880 Century Drive. Mechanlcsburg. Lower Allen Township. Pennsylvania. hereinafter called "Owner".
Is ebout to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Repel Construction Co., Inc., trading
es Med-Builders. a Pennsylvania corporation with its principe I place of business et 2400 Ardmore
Boulevard. Suite 801, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. hereinafter called "Contractor", for construction of a new
radiation treatment room addition of approximately 1,100 lIquare feat and the construction of a small one-
story building of approxlmetely 1.000 square feet, to be added to the existing Oakwood Center facilities,
together with other Improvements, upon land of Owner situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County. Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL THOSE certain tracts or percels of land situete in Lower Ailen Township. Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly describad as Tract #3-1 and Tract #3-2. each on
that Flnel Re-Subdivlslon Plan of Tract #3 Century Center prepared by Gerrit J. Betz. R.S.,
dated October 31, 1985. as revised on November 25, 1985 end on Decomber 9. 1985, end
recorded on February 7. 1986, in Cumberland County Racorder of Deeds Office in Plan
Book 49, Page 87.
BEING the same premises which Wesley Drive Associates, by its Deed, dated May 15,
1986 end recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Daeds Office in Deed Book W,
Volume 31, Page 914. granted end conveyed unto Capital Area RT Associates.
NOW. October :z..\" ,1996, before any authority hes beer! given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said radiation treatment room, building and other improvaments or

purchase materials for the same, In consideration of tha making of the said contract with Owner and the
further consideration of One Dollar ($1.001. to Contractor paid by Owner. It Is agread that no I/en shall
be filed against said Oakwood Center facllitles. Includln" the redietlon treatment room. building and othnr
Improvements or the land appurtenant thereto by the Contractor. or any sub-contractor. nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the Installation and construction of said redlatlon treatmant room, building and
other Improvements. the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
