ALL that certain lot of land with the improvements thereon erected, situate in West
Pennsbore Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot #12 on a
Subdivision Plan for Stonecrest Acres, recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 81,
page 124, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a nail set in the centerline of Wagner Lane (T-435) on the dividing line
between Lots 11 and 12 on the hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan; thence by said
dividing line North 36 degrees 25 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 463 feet to a
concrete monument; thence North 53 degrees 34 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 200
feet to an iron pin set; thence along the dividing line of Lots 11 and 12 on said Plan, South
36 degrees 25 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 463 feet to a nail set in the center of
Wagner Lane C1e-435); thence along lands now or formerly of David P. Wagner and Sally
A. Wagner, his wife, South 53 degrees 34 minutes 37 seconds West a distance of 200 feet
to the point and place of beginning.
Containing 2.12580 acres.
BEING KNOWN as Lot No. 12 on a Subdivision Plan for Stonecrest Acres, recorded as
aforesaid.
