GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND RUSSELL C. GOODLING, of 2920 Dickinson Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a residential dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumber- land county, Pennsylvania, being Lot K1, Pealer Land Development Subdivision Plan, Phase I, as recorded in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 46, Page 4B. Being a portion of the same premises which J. David Pealer et al. by D~ed dated January 22, 1988 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "0", Volume 33, Page 952, granted and conveyed unto F10ribunda Associates Limited Partnership. Also being the same premises which F10ribunda Associates Limited Partnership by Deed dated October 3 C , 1996 and about to be recorded herewith, granted and conveyed unto Russell C. Goodling.
