described Final Development Plan, thence alogn the eastern line

a distance of 125.00 feet to a point on the southern legal
right-of-way line of stephens' crossing, thence along the
soutehr legal right-Of-way line of atephen's crossing, South 54
degrees 46 minutes 09 seconds East a distance of 85.00 feet to a
point at the northwest corner of Lot No. 95 on the hereinafter
described Final Development Plan, the point and place of
BEGINNING.
