WHEREAS, LFGC, Inc., The Pennsylvania Center, P. O. Box 1229, Camp Hill, PA
17001-1229, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with the above
identified Subcontractor of 65 Carlisle Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019, for work and/or materials
and/or equipment related to the construction of Concrete Tee Pad Sections
(hereinafter called "Facility") upon a lot of land situated in the Townships of Lower Allen and
Upper Allen, County of Cumberland, State of Pennsylvania, described set forth in Exhibit A,
attached hereto:
NOW, October 11 .2002 , at the time of and immediately before the execution
of the contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Subcontractor to commence work on the said Facility, or purchase materials for the same and in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One
($1) Dollar, to Subcontractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
land, building, improvements, or the estate or title of Owner by the Subcontractor, nor by any
labor or materials men or workmen or any other person for any labor or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection, construction, alteration or repair of said
improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT A
Three parcels of land situate in the Township of Lower Allen and Upper Allen, Cumberland
County, PA, owned by LFGC, Inc., as more fully described in Book 227, Page 540 et seq, in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, PA consisting of 92 Acres, more or less,
sometimes called 3830, 3804, and 3940 Lisburn Road and the River Property at the intersection
of Forge Road and Lisbum Road.
