MBCHANICS' LIEN CLAIM
Keystone De-watering and Radon Control, Inc., by and through
its attorneys, Reager & Adler, P.C., files this statement of
mechanics I lien as a contractor purslJant to the Mechanics I Lien Law
of 1963, 49 P.S. SllOl, .Ilt. .IUlg., against the premises herein
described, any and all buildings erected thereupon, and the
curtilage appurtenant thereto, for the payment of $3,300.00
together with interest from July 25, 1996, due it as contractor
under the contract herein described. The following is a statement
of the claim of Keystone De-Watering and Radon Control, Inc.
1. The name of the Claimant is KBYSTONB DB-WATERING AND
RADON CONTROL, INC. (hereinafter "Claimant"), a corporation
incorporated and doing business under the laws of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, with its principal place of business located at
R.D. 5, stoney Run Road, Dillsburg, cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17019.
2. The name of the Owner or Reputed Owner is CBBSTB. ..
ClSSBLL, III, an adult individual with a residence located at 6510
Leo Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17112.
3. This claim relates to labor and materials provided. by
Claimant upon the premises known as Lot 29 situate in South
Middleton Township, Cumberland. County, pennsyl vania, more
particularly bounded and. described. pursuant to Subdivision Plan for
Cobblestone Estates, Sheet No.2, recorded in Cumberland. County
Plan Book 70, Page 130A. A true and correct copy of the Deed.
d.escribing the subject property is attached. hereto and. marked. as
Ilxhibit A.
4. The Claimant contracted d.irectly with the Owner or
Reputed Owner pursuant to a written contract dated June 26, 1996,
to provide labor and materials to complete waterproofing of the
build.ing on the property described herein. A true and. corrtict copy
of the contract is attached. hereto, made part hereof and. marked. as
Bxhibit B.
5. Claimant completed the work in a good. and workmanlike
manner on or about July 25, 1996.
