WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Lyons Construction Services, Inc., with offices at 99 South Cameron Street,
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101, hereinafter called "Contractor", entered into a contract with The
United Methodist Home for Children and Family Services, Inc, at 5120 Simpson Ferry Road,
Mechanlcsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055, hereinafter called "Owne(', to provide materials and perform
labor necessary for the construction of Frederick C. & Charles E. Daron Shelter Care Facility, 5150
Simpson Ferry Road, Mechanicsburg, PA, Contract No. 95-027-A - General Construction in the
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being the same premises which
George S, Rupp and Gertie E, Rupp, his wife by Its Deed dated the 21st day of April 1921 and
recorded April 14, 1921 in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, at Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book H, Volume 9, Page 189, granted and conveyed unto The United
Methodist Home for Children and Family Services, Jnc, with offices at 5120 Simpson Ferry Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055,
NOW, THEREFORE, it Is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part
of the said Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, thaI neither the undersigned
Contractor, any Subcontractor or material supplier, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said Contractor under this Contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof,
This stipulation Is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with
the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania In such case provided,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals or

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties, as part of the said Contract and
