COMPLAINT--REPLEVIN
AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, Kimberly Bowmaster, by and through
her attorney, Gerald S. Robinson, and the firm of Robinson & Geraldo,
and in support of her Complaint avers as follows:
1. Plaintiff, Kimberly Bowmaster, is an adult individual
residing at 416 North East Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant, Betty Binkley, is an adult individual
residing at 424 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff owns and is entitled to immediate possession of
the following personal property:

4. The Plaintitt acquired ownership ot allot the property
described in paragraph three by purchasing it tor $875.00.
5. The value ot the property retained by Detendant is $875.00.
6. The Plaintiff, by and through Ronald Hill and Patricia

Bender, has requested the return of the property from Defendant.
7. Defendant has wrongfully detained the property since April
2, 1996 and she still retains the property at 219 Herman Avenue,
Lemoyne, Pennsylvania.
8. Defendant's wrongful detention of the property has prevented
Plaintiff from using the same thereby causing her damage in the sum
of $500.00.
9. Defendant lacks any legal justification for retention of
Plaintiff's property.
Wherefore, Plaintiff requests judgment against Defendant as
follows:
1. For the recovery of the personal property or for damages in
the amount of $875.00 in the event Plaintiff cannot obtain
possession of the property;
2. For damages in the amount of $500.00 for retention of the
property;
