ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~day of ~, 1996, in consideration
of the attached custody Agreement, the following is hereby
ordered and directed:
The parties are the natural parents of the two minor
children, Machael L. Albers, born February 13, 1980, and Michael
E. T. Albers, born August B, 19B1.
1. The parties shall share legal custody of the minor
children, Machael L. Albers, born February 13, 19BO, and Michael

E. T. Albers, born August B, 19B1.
2. Father shall have primary physical custody of Machael
L. Albers, subject to Mother's partial physical custody as
mutually agreed upon by the parties.
3. Mother shall have primary physical custody of Michael
E. T. Albers, subject to Father's partial physical custody as
mutually agreed upon by the parties.
4. Since each of the party's primary physical custody of
one of the party's two minor children, both parties agree to
forgo their right to seek child support from the other.

CUSTODY AGREEMENT

AND NOW, this ~ day of october, 1996, between Chom P. st.
cyr, plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as "Mother" and Edward J.
Albers, Defendant, hereinafter referred to as "Father", the
parties hereby enter into this agreement relative to the custody
of their two minor children, Machael L. Albers, born February 13,
19BO, and Michael E. T. Albers, born August 8, 19B1.
1. The parties shall share legal custody of the minor
chilaren, Machael L. Albers, born February 13, 19BO, and Michael
E. T. Albers, born August 8, 19B1.
2. Father shall have primary physical custody of Machael
L. Albers, subject to Mother's partial physical custody as
mutually agreed upon by the parties.
3. Mother shall have primary physical custody of Michael
E. T. Albers, subject to Father's partial physical custody as
mutually agreed upon by the parties.
4. Since each of the party's primary physical custody of
one of the party's two minor children, both parties agree to
