plaintiff, by its counsel, Francis S. Hallinan, Esquire, moves
this Honorable Court for an Order directing service of the
Complaint upon the above-captioned Defendant by certified mail and
regular mail and by posting of the premises, 3963 RROOKRIDGE DRIVE,
MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055 and in support thereof avers the following:
1. Attempts to serve Defendant with complaint have been
unsuccessful. Plaintiff attempted to serve defendant via registered
mail on February 21, 1997. to his last known address P.O. Box
42161, Nairobi, Kenya. A copy of plaintiff letter and receipt of
mailing is attached hereto is Exhibit "A.". As of today, Plaintiff
has received no response to said mailing.
2. Pursuant to ?ennsylvania Rule of civil Procedure 430,
?laintiff has made a good faith effort to locate the Defendant. An
Affidavit of Good Faith Investigation setting forth the specific
inquiries made and the results therefrom is attached hereto as
exhibit "B".
WHEREFORE, ?laintiff respectfully requests this Honorable
