1. Plaintiff PNC Bank, National Association is organized
under the laws of the United states of America with its registered
office at Western Loan Center, 2730 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA
15222. plaintiff PNC Bank, National Association was formerly known
as Provident National Bank. PNC Bank NA is the successor in
interest to pittsburgh National Bank.
2. Defendant Mullen's Gulf station is located at 1003 South
Hanover street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. Defendant Donald Mullen is an individual and is the owner
of Mullen's Gulf station.
4. The transactions and occurrences out of which this action
took place in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. On or about August 14, 1991, Robert S. Sarracino and
Susan M. Sarracino entered into a West virginia retail installment
sale contract with Apple Valley Chevrolet-Olds, Inc. for a used
1991 Chevrolet S10 automobile bearing vehicle identification number
IGNDT13Z3M2llS77S. A true and correct copy of the installment sale
contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
6. The contract was assigned to pittsburgh National Bank by
the terms and conditions of the assignment contained in the
contract which Robert S. and Susan M. sarracino ackno~lledged by
making monthly payments.
7. By the terms of the contract, Plaintiff maintained a
security interest in the subject automobile.
S. Plaintiff's security interest is evidenced by the State
of West virginia certificate of Title to Motor Vehicle, a copy of
which is attached as Exhibit "B".

Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. Dofendant Donald Mullen is an individual and is the owner
of Mullen's Gulf Station.
4. The transactions and occurrences out of which this action
took place in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. On or about August 14, 1991, Robert s. Sarracino and
Susan M. Sarracino entered into a West Virginia retail installment
sale contract with Apple Valley Chevrolet-Olds, Inc. for a used
1991 Chevrolet S10 automobile bearing vehicle identification number
1GNDT13Z3M2118778. A true and correct copy of the installment sale
contract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
6. The contract was assigned to Pittsburgh National Bank by
the terms and conditions of the assignment contained in the
contract which Robert S. and Susan M. Sarracino acknowledged by
making monthly payments.
7. By the terms of the contract, Plaintiff maintained a
security interest in the subject automobile.
8. Plaintiff's security interest is evidenced by the State
of West Virginia certificate of Title to Motor Vehicle, a copy of
which is attached as Exhibit "B".
