WHEREAS, Kenneth W. Beamer and Helen E. Beamer, husband and wife, of, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, wllh J. W.
Mumper Construction Inc., B04 Derby Avenue, Camp Hili, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
commercial building upon a lot offand situate on Trlndle and Clouser Roads, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described In Land Oevelopment Plan 71
Page 99 and on Exhibit A attached hereto.
NOW, November 5, 1996, at the time of and Immedlalely before the execullon of the
principal conlracl, and before any authority has been given by the said Kennelh W. Beamer and
Helen E. Beamer to Ihe said J. W. Mumper Construction Inc. to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same In consideration of the making of the said contract
with J. W. Mumper Conslructlon Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to J. W.
Mumper Construction Inc. paid by Kenneth W. Beamer and Hefen E. Beamer It Is agreed Ihat no
lien shall be filed against the building by the conlractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
