The continuing efforts to identify the sai~ "Jane Doe" have included multiple fingerprint comparisons with the fingerprints taken from the decedent at the time of the autopsy. 10. Your Petitioner has recently been advised, and therefore believes, that the fingerprint specialist who took the fingerprints at the time of the autopsy was not experienced in taking fingerprints from a deceased person and your Petitioner ha~ been further advised by experienced fingerprint technicians, and therefore believes, that the quality of the fingerprints so obtained from the decedent is not sufficient to insure that a match would occur under normal circumstances and comparisons so as to lead to the identification of the decedent. 11. Your Petitioner believes and therefore avers that because the body I)f the decedent was embalmed and buried in a sealed casket, there is a reasonable probability that properly trained and experienced fingerprint specialists will be able to obtain fingerprin'~s of the decedent of sufficient quality for proper comparisons if they have access to the said body. 12.
