ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or lot of land situate in the Township of
silver Spring, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, hounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument in the southerly line of Harpers
Ferry Way, said point being the northwesterly terminus of an arc
connecting the said southerly right-of-way line of Harpers Ferry
Way and tile westerly right-of-way line of Shiloh Court; thence by
a curve to the right having a radius of twenty (20.00') feet, an
~rc distance of thirty-one and forty-two hundredths (31.42')
feet, the chord of which is South sixty-five degrees twenty-three
minutes forty-one seconds East (S 65 23' 41" E), a distance of
twenty-eight and twenty-eight hundredths (28.28') feet to a point
on the westerly right-of-way line of Shiloh Court; thence
continuing along same, South twenty degrees twenty-three minutes
forty-one seconds East (S 20 23' 41" E), a distance of twenty-
five and thirty-nine hundredths (25.39') feet to a point; thence
continuing along same, by a curve to the right having a radius of
sixty (60.00') feet, an arc distance of fifty-nine and forty-two
hundredths (59.42') feet, the chord of which is South seven
degrees fifty-eight minutes thirty-seven seconds West (S 07 58'
37" W), a distance of sixty-seven and two hundredths (67.02')
feet to a point; thence continuing along same, by a curve to the
left having a radius of ninety-five (95.00') feet, an arc
distance of ninety-four and eight hundredths (94.08') feet, the
chord of which is South seven degrees fifty-eight minutes thirty-
seven seconds West (S 07 58' 37" W), a distance of ninety and
twenty-nine hundredths (90.29') feet to a point; thence along the
northerly line of Lot No. 11 of the hereinafter mentioned plan,
South sixty-nine degre~3 thirty-six minutes nineteen seconds West
(S 69 36' 19" W), a distance of one hundred thirty-one and forty
hundredths (131.40') feet to a point; thence along the easterly
line of Lot No.9 of the hereinafter mentioned pl~n, North twenty
degrees twenty-three minutes forty-one seconds West (N 20 23' 41"
W), a distance of one hundred seventy-five (175.00') feet to a
point in the southerly right-of-way line of Harpers Ferry Way;
thence along the southerly right-of-way line of Harpers Ferry
Way, North sixty-nine degrees thirty-six minutes nineteen seconds
East (N 69 36' 19" E), a distance of one hundred eighty-one and
forty hundredths (181.40') feet to a concrete monument, the point
of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 10 of plan of Hillside Farms, Phase I, recorded in
Plan Book 72, Page 77 of Cumberla~d County Records.
