breakdown of the marriage, you may request marriage counseling.

prothonotary at the cumberland county Courthouse, carlisle,
Pennsylvania.

receipt requested on November 13, 1996 and was accepted on
delivery by William H. Martin on November 15, 1996 as shown by
the attached receipt and an Acceptance of service was signed by
