Duncan, Esquire, and files this Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure, of which the following is a statement: I. Plaintiff is Financial Trust Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws orthe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its main office and principal place of business located at I West High Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 2. Defendant, Robert D. Hockenberry, an adult individual, and Defendant, Stacy E. Hockenberry, an adult individual, are husband and wife, and reside at 297 Shed Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 3. On or about October 20, 1992, Defendants made, executed and delivered to Plaintiff a note and a real estate mortgage financing Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Two and 32/100 Dollars ($7,702.32), a copy of said note and said real estate mortgage being attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B". respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. 4. Said note and said real estate mortgage have not been assigned. 5. Robert D. Hockenberry and Stacy E.
