The Plaintiff, Cortni Clark by her Guardian ad Litem, Jona
Younce, by her attorney Gary Coggin, petitions the Court for
issuance of a subpoena directed to Melinda Grismer, of 240
Susquehanna Avenue, Enola, Pennsylvania, 17025, for the following
reasons:
1. The Plaintiff and the defendant are parties to a case
in the Court of Common Pleas of Beaufort County in the State of
South Carolina with a case number of 96-CP-07-844, relating
to damages allegedly suffered by the Plaintiff at a school in
the Beaufort County School District,
2, The Plaintiff wishes to depose Ms, Grismer because
the Plaintiff believes that the deponant has information and will
give testimony that is relevant to the above referenced case,
3. The deponant currently resides at 240 Susquehanna Avenue,
Enola, Pennsylvania, 17025, which is located in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
4, Attached hereto, as Exhibit A, is the form of the subpoena
