flTIPULATIONS AGAINS'f LIENfl
WHEREAS, owner, of 2216 Willow Park Road, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania,
is about to execute contomporaneously herewith, a contract, with
Contractor of 2216 WIllow Park Road, Bethlehem, ponnsrl vania, for
the construction of a 10,000 square foot, free stand ng CVS Drug
store at Lots Nos. 27, 20, 29, 30, 31 and 32, Block 4, Plan Book 15-
514, Carlisle Borough and North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as described in Deed Book Volume 20-L-515.
NOW, November , 1996, at tho time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and betore any authority has
been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to cCJmmence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for tho same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the
further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor l'aid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lion shall be riled against the
building by the contractor, or any SUb-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waivod.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
