The prior Order of this Court dated June 3, 1997 shall continue in effect with the following modifications and additione. 2. 'l'he Father, Jeffrey L. Noes, shell heve cuetody of the Children on alternating weekende from Saturday at 9130 a.m. until Sunday at 6100 p.m. on an ongoing basis. 3. Esch party shall have II one week period of uninter:rupted custody with the Children during each SUll1ner upon providing notice to the other party by May 1st each year. The party first providing notice shall be entitled to preferllnce on his or her choice of vacation dstes. The parties agree that in 1997/ the Father shall have a period of vacation custody with the Children from August 23 at 9130 a.m. until August 29 lit 6100 p.m. and the Mother shall have custody of the Children from September 13 through September 19. 4. The parties agree that during the weeks of vacation custody in 1997, the custodial parent shall contact the other parent by telephone on Wednesday at approximately 1100 p.m. to provide an opportunity for the noncustodial par.ty to spaak with the Children or thl! custodial parent concerning the Children. During vacation week:; in eubsequent yeersl the parties shall arrange for at least one telephone contact between the noncustodial party and the Children during the wellk. 5. The Mother shall have custody of the Children on July 22, 1997 for her. employer'a picnic. 6.
