5. The truth of this averment is strictly within the knowledge
of Plaintiff and therefore no answer is required. By way of further
explanation, Defendant signed some papers with the understanding that
plaintiff was going to file for divorce through a law firm in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Defendant has no knowledge as to whether
or not plaintiff ever filed for a divorce in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

7. Denied. Plaintiff filed a Petition for Protection order,
through Legal Services, on November 19, 1996, a mere five (5) days
after the Complaint in Divorce was docketed. subsequently, a
Temporary protection Order was entered on the same day, thereby
forcing Defendant to remove herself from the marital home. Def.endant
believes and therefore avers that plaintiff filed the Petition for
Protection Order in an attempt to intimidate Defendant. and gain
custody of the minor child, Additionally, although the parties were
living under the same roof until these actions were filed by
Plaintiff, Plaintiff and Defendant did not have marital relatione for
the past three (3) years, with one exception in July of 1996.
Additionally, Plaintiff began sleeping on the couch in the beginning
of octabur, 1996, and the parties obtained separate financial
accounts approximately one wuek before these actions were filed by
Plaintiff,
