Mortgager, is an adult individual with an addr.ess at 1601 Walnut
Bottom Rcad 1t2, Carlisle, Cumberland county, PA 17013-9196,
3, Susanne E, Lebo, a/k/a Susanne E. Morse, Defendant and
Mortgagor, is an adult individual with an addrllss at 1601 Walnut
Bottom Rcad 1t2, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA 17013-9196,
4, On or about October 27, 1995, Defendants signed a Note to
Security Pacific Consul11er Discount Company promising monthly
payments on their obligation in the original amount of $47,217.B2,
said Note is marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part
hereof,

the aforesaid Note, in order to secure payment of the same,

7. Defendants are the real owner of the land subject to the
Mortgage,
