'1'he Petitioner appealed the property's allllessment to the Board, and tho Board hoard tho Appeal on october 3, 1996. 6. On october 22, 1996/ the Board illlluod notice that it dotermined the fair markot value of the above-captioned property to be $3/142,857.00 for purpollOIl of arriving at an BIlBesllment for taK purposes. A true and correct copy of the notice is attached hereto as Exhibi t "A" and incorporated by reference heroin. 7. By application of the common level ratio of 7.0\, which is the most recent common level ratio published by the state '1'IIX Equalization Board applicable to cumberland county, Appellant believeD that tha Assossment that will affixed to the subject tax parcel will be $220,000.00. o.
