county, Ponnsylvanio 17011. Wife agroqs to trnnofor to Husband
all of her interest in and title to the jointly owned real
estate. said Deed ahall be propared by Wifo's attornoy. Husband
and Wifo acknowledqo that thern i6 currently n lien against the
marital homo with Columbia National, Inc. with an approximate
balance of $78,600.00. Husband agreos to be responsible for the
payment of the outstanding 1110rtgaqo and furthur agrees to be
solely responsible for tho payment of all future taxes, insurance
and utility billa relative to sald real estate. Husband agrees to
indemnify Wife from any loss by reason of his default in the
payment of said mortgage, taxes, insurance and utilities and
