sr., by Peed dated t'ubt'uary 22, 1995 and reoorded in the Cumber-
land county Reoorder of Deeds Office in Deed Dook 110, Page 972,
granted and oonveyed unto Paul ~~. cramer, sr., Paul r.. Cramer,
Jr., John B. Walker, Albert I.. Walker and Gary E. Walker. Also
being the same premises whioh Paul E. cramer, Jr., et al. by Deed
dated Novembor ' I , 1996 and about to be recorded herewith,
granted and conveyed unto Mark P. Molesevich.

covenant.
