PROTECTION ORDER
AND NOW, this _L day of December, 1996, upon consideration of the Consent
Agreement ofthe parties, the following Order is entered.
I. The defendant, Jeffrey Lee Murray, is enjoined from physically abusing the
plaintiff, Jennifer Joan Wardle, or from placing her in fear of abuse,
2, The defendant is enjoined from having any direct or indirect contact with the
plaintiff including, but not limited to, telephone and written communications, p.xcept in the event
of an emergency regarding the parties' child, Andrew Jeffrey Murray,
3, The defendant is ordered to refrain from harassing and stalking the plaintiff aod
from harassing her relatives and the minor child.
4, The defendant is prohibited from entering the plaintilfs place of employment and
the school and the day care facility of the minor child
5. The defendant is prohibited from removing, damaging, destroying or selling any
property owned by the plaintilT or jointly owned by the parties
6, The defendant is ordered to stay away from the plaintiffs residence located at 120
South 2nd Street, Apt. 4, Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and is ordered to
stay away from any residence the plaintiff may in the future establish for herself.
7, The defendant is ordered 10 reimburse the plaintill's out-of-pocket losses of
$100.40 suffered as a result of the abuse including, but not limited to. the losses listed on the
attached sheet marked Exhibit A. The lirst paymeot to be made by the defendant to the plaintitl'
within live (5) days of the date the Protection Order is is issued in the above-captioned matter,
The total amount of losses shall be reimbursed to the plaintill' within 45 days of the entry of the
Protection Order. to be paid to the plaintitl'in the form of a check or money order mailed to her
residence, An award under this chapter shall not conslitute a bar to litigation for civil damages for
injuries sustained from the acts of abuse giving rise to the award or a Iinding of contempt under
this chapter,
8, The delendant is ordered to pay interim support to the plaintiff for the parties'
minor child in the amouot of $40.00 per week payable to the plaintilf io the form of a check or
money order mailed to her residence pending the entry of an Order by the Cumberland County
Domestic Relations Office. Payments to commence upon entry of the Protection Order and each
Friday thereafter
9, Court costs and fees are waived
10. This Order shall remain in elfect for a period of one ( I) year aod can be extended
beyond Ihat time if the Court linds that the defendant has committed an act of abuse or has
engaged in a pattern or practice that indicates risk of harm to the plaintiff This Order shall be
enforceable in the same manner as the Court's prior Temporary Protection Order entered in this
case,
II. This Order may subject the delendant to i) arrest under 23 PaC'S, ~6113; ii) a
private crimina! complaint under 23 Pa,C.S. ~6113.1; iii) a charge of indirect crimioal contempt
