Plaintiff is Flex-O-Lite, Inc., a corporation, with a place of business in St. Louis, Missouri, and Defendant is Roadway Safety, Inc., a corporation, with an office and place of business at 415 Railroad Avenue, Shi.remanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Between September 14, 1995 and January 23, 1996. Defendant ordered merchandise from Plaintiff of. the kinds, in the quantities, and for the prices set forth on Exhibits 1 through 4 attached hereto and made a part hereof, in che total sum of $3,257.94. 3. Against the aforesaid purchases as set forth in Exhibits 1 to 4, Defendant has made payments totaling $1,500.00, leaving due and owing hy Defendant to Plaintiff the sum of $1.757.94. 4. Although Plaintiff has submitted billings to Defendant in the s,!id amount of $1,757.94 monthly, commencing March 19, 1996, Defendant h'is failed to pay the same or any part thereof, and therefore an account certain has been stated between plaintiff and Defend~nt in the said amount of $1,757.94.
