STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGRIIIIXIINT made the /It" day ot December, 1996, by and
between W, LEE ROLAND, BUILDER, ot 337 W, Meadow Drive,
Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania, hereinatter reterred to as
contractor, AND DOROTHY R. GIESE and LARRY D. GIESE, ot 713
Alison Avenue, Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania, hereinatter reterred
to as Owner, whereby the tormer undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single-tamily residential dwelling on that certain
lot ot ground situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 3-2, Phase II, Final Subdivision Plan
ot Deerhaven, said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder ot Deeds ottice in Plan Book 72, Page 101.
BEING part of the same premises which Merle L. Stambaugh,
Executor of the Esta,te and under the Last wil.l and Testament ot
Mary G, Stambaugh, et al, by deed dated December 12, 1986 and
recorded in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Oftice in
Deed Book "J", Volume 32, Page 256, granted and conveyed unto
John M, Knaub and Janet 0, Knaub, his wife, The said Janet D,
Knaub died March 26, 1995, whereupon full and complete title to
the within described real estate became vested solely in John M,
Knaub, surviving spouse,
ALSO BEING the same premises which John M, Knaub, by deed
dated ..J' _ ,,(I, / I , 1996, and about to be recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, granted and conveyed
unto Dorothy R, Giese and Larry D. Giese,
