STIPULATION REGARDING CUSTODY~.~
THISAGREEMENTismadethis' ko day of ~~~' 2~0~04, by and between
William Bormer, (hereinafter referred to as "Father") an adult individual residing at 447
Miller Avenue, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and Lisa Bormer,
(hereinafter referred to as "Mother") an adult individual residing at 614 Colonial View Road,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Mother and Father are the natural parents of three (3) children, Brittney
Bormer, (bom December 10, 1985), Zachary Bortner, (bom July 28, 1987), and Jessica
Bortner, (bom November 23, 1989);
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify the Order of Court dated May 24, 2001,
which Order is attached hereto as Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, the parties' daughter, Brittney, has become emancipated since the entry
of the Order and issues related to her custody are mooted;
WHEREAS, the
Mother's residence;
parties son,
Zachm3~, has relocated from Father's residence to
WHEREAS, the parties desire to modify their Order of Court to reflect these custodial
changes.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties, intending to be legally bound, do agree as follows:
1. The parties shall continue to share legal custody of their minor children.
2. The parties agree that Mother shall have primary custody of the parties' son,
Zachary, and Father shall have primary custody of the pan:ies' daughter, Jessica.
3. The parties agree that the custodial schedule for Jessica shall remain consistent
with the schedule contained in the Order of May 24, 2001..
4. The parties agree that the custodial schedule tbr Zachary shall be by agreement
between Zachary and the Plaintiff.
5. The parties adopt, ratify and incorporate herein Item II (c) and (d) of the prior
Order of May 24, 2001.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto acknowledge that they are entering in to
this Agreement with the full knowledge that this Agreement shall be entered as a court order
with the same force and effect as if a full hearing on this matter has been held.

ORDER ADOPTING STIPULATION OF PARTIES

terms, conditions and provisions of the foregoing Stipulation for Custody dated November
16, 2004 are adopted as an Order of Court.
