is a true and correct copy of the home equity credit line agreement (the "Note"). repayment of
which is secured to the Plaintiff by virtue of the Mortgage.
5. The premises subject to the Collateral Mortgage are described fully in the legal
description, attached hereto as Exhibit C,
6, Plaintiff has not assigned the Note or the Collateral Mortgage and is the holder
thereof.
7. The Defendant is in default with regard to the Collateral Mortgage in that she has
failed to pay when due the monthly installments from May 1996 to date.
8, Pursuant to the Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance Act of 1983. written
notice of the availability of counseling was given to the Defendant. by regular and certified mail.
A copy of the aforesaid notice of counseling, dated August 13. 1996. is attached hereto. marked
Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference,
9. Pursuant to Act of January 30, 1974, P.L. No, 6 (41 P.S. 101 et seq.), written notice
of intention to foreclose was given to the Defendant on August 13, 1996 by certified mail.
Copies of the aforesaid notice of intention to foreclose and Post Office receipt are attached
hereto, marked Exhibit E and incorporated herein by reference,
10. The claim of the Plaintiff as of Novemher 22. 1996 is itemized as follows:

The MORTGAGE held by Houeehold Realty Corporation, d/b/a HouBehold
Finance Consumer Discount Company (hereinafter called we, us or ours) on your
property located at 2819 Columbia Avenue, Camp Hill, PennBylvania, IS IN
SBRIOUS DBFAULT because you have not made the monthly payment of $171.11 each
for the months of May, June and July of 1996 inclusive. Late charges (and
other charges) have also accrued to this date in the amount of $none. The
total amount now required to cure this default, or in other words, get caught
up in your payments, as of the date of this letter is $511.11.
You may cure this default within THIRTY (31) days of the date of this
letter, by paying to ue the above amount PLUS any additional monthly payments
and late chargss which may fall due during this period. Such payment must be
made either by cash, cashier's che~k, certified check or money order, and

made by mail, but must be received in our office by the time specified by

If YOU do not cure the default within THIRTY (311 DAYS. we intend to

whatever is owing on the original amount borrowed will be considered due
