follows I
1, Plaintiff i19 Janet Seward, an adult illdividual residing
at 40 chestnut Avenue, Newville, CUlllbeL'land County, PA, 17241.
2. Janet Seward brings this protection from abuse action on
behalf of herself and her minor child, 'l'annny Seward. Said child i19
currently fourteen (14) years old,
3. Defendant is Wendy I<untz, an adult female residing at 550
1st St., College Park Apartments, Carli19le, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17013.
4. Wendy KUntz and Chal'les Seward, the child's father, are
or were friends,
5. Tammy resided with her father, Charles Seward, II, until
December 2, 1996 at whJ.ch time she was removed from his custody by
Dauphin County Children & Youth Services.
6. Wendy Kuntz has abused Tammy Seward as that term is
defined at 23 Pa,C,S, !l63031
a) Wendy Kuntz initiated sexual contact with Tammy
Seward on several occasions prior to September 17, 1996,
b) Dauphin County Children and Youth Services became

waa to have no contact with 'l'annny. Defendant cQntinued to visit

c) On Ol' about December 2, 1996 the child was removed
f rom her father's cllstody by Dauphin county Children and Youth
services and she has been residing residillg at 2141 Newville Road,
Carlisle, cumberland county, PennsylvallLil 17013 with Peggy Wilson,
a friend of Janet Soward.
d) On December 0, 1996 Wendy l<unt~ went to the Wilson
home where Tammy Sewllt'd io residing. On December 18 Wendy l<unt~
threatened the Wilson family members In a telephone call.
6. Tammy will be in ioonediate and present danger of further
abuse frolll Wendy Kunt~ without a Court Order and ahe ia therefore
In need of protection from i1buso,
WHEREFOHE, Plaintiff prays this Honorable Court to grant
the following reliefl
A) Grant a temporary order pursuant to the "Protection
