2. Upon information and belief, defondant aarry O. Lindsey
is a domioiliary of the state of Pennsylvania, rosiding in Lllbanon
ounty and is the owner of aarry D. Lindsey Genoral Controotor.
3. Defendant executed a business credit applioation in which
Ihe personally guaranteed payment of the account of aarry D. Lindsey
I General contractor in order to purchase msterials from plaintiff.
