You are notified that a mechanics' lien claim in the amount of
$13,108.74 has been filed on behalf of Whisler's Well Drilling against the
property located at 111 Sheet Iron Roof Road, Gardners, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, also known as Deer Run Appalachian
Campground, L.L.C., of which you are the owners or reputed owners. The
claim was filed on the day of October, 2002, in the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, a} Docket Number

MECHANICS' LIEN CLAIM
NOW COMES Whisler's Well Drilling ("Claimant"), by and through the
undersigned counsel, and files this claim of mechanics' lien against
William Christine, Harry 1'. Edmundson, 1,imothy Scott McDonald, Jeffrey L.
Pettit, and Deer Run Appalachian Campground, L.L.C., pursuant to the
Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, as amended, against the improvements
and the property at 111 Sheet Iron Roof Road, Gardners, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania for the payment of all debts due Claimant as a
contractor for labor and materials furnished in the construction of the
improvements. In support of the claim, the Claimant makes the following
statements:
1. The Claimaint is Whisler's Well Drilling, having its principal office at
366-1 Green Springs Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The owners or reputed owners of the property and improvements
against whom the claim is filed are William Christine, Harry T. Edmundson,
Timothy Scott McDonald, Jeffrey L. Pelf if and Deer Run Appalachian
Campground, L.L.C. (the "Owner").
3. Claimant makes this claim as a contractor. Claimant provided
certain work, labor, equipment and materials related to the drilling of a
well on Owner's property. Invoices which describe the work performed in
detail are attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and are incorporated herein.
4. Claimant completed the furnishing of the work, labor and
materials that are the subject of this claim on September 21,2002.
5. The total amount claimed fo be due and owing is $13,108.74 for
work performed.
6. The property subject fo the lien is the Deer Run Appalachian
Campground located af 111 Sheet Iron Roof Road, Gardners,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, including all equipment that as part of
said structure constitutes fixtures, together with the lot or curtilage
appurtenant thereto belonging to the same Owner.
7. This lien is claimed from August 26, 2002, the date Claimant
commenced performance of the work on the property herein described
and against the Owner's interest in that property.
WHEREFORE, Claimant files this claim for mechanics' lien in the
amount of $13,108.74, with interest as provided by law.
