brings this aollon of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover the sum of TWO THOUSAND, SIX
HUNDRED THIRTY.SEVEN DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS ($2,637,10), along with oosts oflhls suit and
Interest thereon at the rate of one and one-half (1 Ya%) percent per month from October 7, 1996, upon
a cause of aollon of which the following Is a statement:
1, The Plaintiff, YORK CORRUGATING COMPANY, Is a oorporatlon organized and existing
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having Its principal offioe and plaoe of business
at 120 South Adams Street, Post Office Box 1192, York, Yo,k County, Pennsylvania 17405,
2, The Defendant, INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS, INC" Is a
oorporatlon organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having Its
principal office and place of business at 6 South 15th 6t,eet, Camp Hili, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17011,
3, On the dates, In the amounts, and for the prices set forth In a t,ue and correct copy of

the Plaintiffs books of original entry he,elo attached, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A",
Plaintiff, at the special Instance and oral ,equesl of the Defendant. sold and delivered goods, wares
and merchandise of the kind and descrlpllon set forth on said Exhibit "A" to the total amount of TWO
THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED NINTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY-ONE CENTS ($2,197.61),
4, The prices charged for said goods, wares and merchandise were Just and reasonable,
were the legal and ma,ket prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant orally promised
and agreed to pay Plaintiff therefo"
5. Due to Defendant's default In payment of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, and
under the terms and conditions of the Credit Application completed and executed by Pefendant,
allorneY,s fees hove been added to said account In the total amount of FOUR HUNDRED, FORTY
DOLLARS ($440,00), A true and co,rect copy of said Credit Application lIS attached hereto, made a
part hereof, and marked DS Exhibit "B",
6, The balance due and OWing by Defendant to Plaintiff Is the sum of TWO THOUSAND,
SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS ($2,637,10),
7, Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and
owing as aforesaid, but Defendant had refused and neglected and stili refuses and neglects to pay
said amount of any part thereof,
