2, Defendant Is John J, Hunt, an adult Individual, who reeldes at 619 Market Street, New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
3, Plaintiff and Defendant are th'J parents of a child, Melissa M, Gotthard.Shumate, born
October 2, 1992, who Is In the primary physical custody of the Plaintiff, and for whom Defendant
paid child support through the Office of Domestlo Relations of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
