HUNDRED AND ONE DOLLAR AND FOURTY.FIVE CENTS ($20,601.46). A copy of Plaintiffs
Statement of Account Is hereto attached, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhllllt "B",
6, Defencjant has defaulted In the payment terms as agreed upon with Plaintiff,
