PETITION FOR LEAVE TO
WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
Pursuant to Rule 1012 (c) of the Rules of Civil Procedure, Petitioner Eric
J. Wiener, Esquire, respectfully Petitions the Court for leave to withdraw as
counsel for Robert M. Mumma II for the following reasons:
Irreconcilable differences have developed between Attorney Wiener and
Mr. Mumma such that neither party desires to continue the attorney-client
relationship.
WHEREFORE Petitioner Eric J. Wiener, Esquire, respectfully petitions the
Court to enter a Rule to Show Cause on all parties why this Petition should not
