STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS. PALMER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., with offices at 1101 SOUTH FRONT
STREET, FOURTH FLOOR, HARRISBURG, PA 17104, hereinafter called .Contractor., entered
into a contract with the UNITED METHODIST HOME FOR CHILDREN, located at 5120 SIMPSON
FERRY ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA 17055, hereinafter called .Owner., to
provide materials and perform labor necessary for the FIFTH STREET COTTAGE RENOVATIONS
located at 5120 SIMPSON FERRY ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055, the Contract No.
05AE034 in the County of Cumberfand and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being the same
premises which George S. Rupp, Grantor by its Deed dated the 12lh day of April, 1921 and
recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, at Carfisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book H Vol. 9, Page 189 granted and conveyed unto the UNITED METHODIST HOME FOR
CHILDREN, 5120 SIMPSON FERRY ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA.
NOW. THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part
of the said Contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, any Subcontractor or material supplier, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said Contractor under this Contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's
. lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with
the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals or
caused these presents to be executed b~ their proper corporate officers, and their respective
corporate seals hereunto affixed, this lJ' day of JtlrJUQry ,20017-
