STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, The Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland (the "Owner") is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with H. L. Bowman. Inc. (the "Contractor") in
the amount of Sixty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars for domestic plumbing piping
replacement at their facility located at 2 West Penn Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania..
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making ofthe said
Contract with the Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the property by the Contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived.
