STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Kurt A. Stelzer and Elizabeth L. Stelzer entered into a contract with Altieri
Enterprises. Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation to provide materials and/or to perform labor
necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon
these certain pieces of parcels of land situated in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties,
as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
builder/contractor, any sub-contractor or materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said builder/contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of
Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals
this day of 30th day of November, 2006.

ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the
Township of Silver Spring, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of
Foxwood Boulevard, said point being a common corner with Lot
36 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Foxwood, of which this is
a part; THENCE, along said western right-of-way line, South 14
degrees, 55 minutes, 47 seconds West, for a distance of 92.55
feet to a point; thence, along the same, South 09 degrees, 30
minutes, 11 seconds West, for a distance of 5.26 feet to a
point; thence, along the same, along an arc of a curve,
curving to the right, having a radius of 185.00 feet, an arc
length of 7.61 feet, the chord of which being South 08
degrees, 19 minutes, 27 seconds West, for a distance of 7.61
feet to a point, said point being a common corner with Lot 38
of the aforementioned subdivision plan, of which this is a
part; thence, along Lot 38, North 80 degrees, 29 minutes, 49
seconds East, for a distance of 241.16 feet to a point, said
point being along the property line of Lot 34 of the
aforementioned subdivision plan, of which this is a part;
thence, along Lot 34, North 09 degrees, 30 minutes, 11 seconds
East, for a distance of 105.00 feet to a point, said point
being a common corner with Lot 35 of the aforementioned
subdivision plan, of which this is a part; thence, along Lot
35 and Lot 36, South 80 degrees, 29 minutes, 49 seconds East,
for a distance of 249.75 feet to a point, the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 25,709 square feet of land (erroneously shown on
the plan as 25,305 square feet of land)
BEING Lot 37 of the Final subdivision Plan for Foxwood, as
recorded in Plan Book 90, Page 18, of Cumberland County
Records.
The improvements thereon being known as No. 37 Foxwood
Boulevard.
