particularly ctesorlbed on F,0dfibit "A,~ attached hereto and mad~ a part hereof.
NOW, this 18th day of October. 2002. at the time of and imm~liately befot~ the execution of thc
principal conU'ac~ and before any anflzoflty has been givea by the said Owner to the said Contractor, to
oommcrtcC work on ~ ~d building, or purelmse materials for the same in consideration of the making
of die said contract whit the Contractor and ~e further consJdera~on of One ($1.00) Dollar and other
valuable consideratiom, receipt of which is hereby aclamwled$cd, to the Contractor paid by the Owner, it
is agreed that no lien ,h~ll be filed against the buJla~,~* by the Contractor, or any sub~ntractor nor by
any of the material men or worioneo or any o~her person for any labor, or nmtcrials purcbescd, or extra

ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and shown as Lot No. 18 in the Redwood Hill Subdivision Plan dated January 12, 1988
and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Miscellaneous Book 55, at
Page 128, more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point being the northwest comer of Lot No. 17 on the aforesaid Subdivision Plan;
thence along Hickorytown Road (TR-512) North 35 degrees 04 minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of
185 feet to a point; thence along a curve with a radius of 25.00 feet and an arc distance of 39.27 feet to a
point; thence North 54 degrees 55 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance of 143.11 feet to a point; thence
along a curve with a radius of 40.00 feet and an arc distance of 63.83)feet to a point; thence South 35
degrees 04 minutes 36 seconds East, a distance of 49.27 feet to a point; thence along the curve of
Redwood Drive on the aforesaid Subdivision Plan with a radius of four hundred eighty-seven and eighty-
nine one-hundredths 487.89 feet with an arc distance of 84.11 feet to a point; thence South 44 degrees 57
minutes 16 seconds East, a distance of 37.59 feet to a point; thence South 54 degrees 55 minutes 17
seconds West, a distance of 221.80 feet along the northern line of Lot No. 17 on the aforesaid
Subdivision Plan to a point, the place of BEGINNING.

BEING A PART OF THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Northern Construction Associates, a
Pennsylvania Partnership consisting of Michael E. Garman and Harry L. Grossman, by Deed dated

principal contract, and befor~ any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor, to
commcnce work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consld~rarlon of the maki~
of the said contain with the Contrac-~or and the fl,vther consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other
valuable considerations, r~ceipt of which is h~roby acknowledged, to thc Contractor paid by the Owner, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against ~e building by the Contrector, or any sub-Contractor nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any oCher person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
