criminal and civil jurisdiction and authority of the assigned magisterial districts and shall continue
to exercise jurisdiction and authority in their elected or appointed magisterial district. The presiding
magisterial district judges of the assigned magisterial districts shall have full power and authority to
preside in their own districts during this period of special assignment. The purpose of these assign-
ments is to insure the availability at all times within this 9 h Judicial District of at least one magister-

IS ORDERED THAT the prior special assignment at No. 1 Civil 1988 is hereby
RESCINDED and replaced with this order. The venue for all civil complaints or
summary citations filed by the Capital Area Tax Collection Bureau for conduct
committed in Cumberland County shall be filed in the Magisterial District where the
