Espino Henry Edward Ostman, Administrator Inventory ofMr. Espino's Residence Attachment' A' to Inventory Report Mr. Espino purchased the condominium at 820 Charlotte Way, Enola from his Aunt and Uncle, Zenaida Espino Ostman and Henry E. Ostman (the named administrator). The unit had been previously occupied by Mr. Ostman's mother who had moved to a nursing facility due to her age and special needs. A number of articles of furniture belonging to Mrs. Ostman were left in the condo for Mr. Espino's use with the expectation that when they were no longer needed they \vould be returned. On Mrs. Ostman's death they become the property of Mr. Ostman, her sole survivor. Mr. Espino was a relatively new resident of the U.S. at the time he purchased the condo, he had been sponsored by his Aunt; and his Aunt and Uncle had facilitated his purchase of the condo by holding the mortgage agreement. He refinanced the mortgage in the fifth year of his ownership when he had acquired sufficient equity to qualify for a bank mortgage. Shortly after this event. Mr. Espino's father took seriously ill and had several hospitalizations as a result. Mr. Espino's parents lived in the Philippines and while comfortably retired, the medical expenses were a burden and Mr. Espino generously supported them through his father's death and he continued to support his mother after that. I am sure this prevented Mr. Espino from making more of a decorating statement regarding his surroundings. Mr. Espino was employed as a computer systems engineer for a consulting company; he held a BS in Industrial Engineering and a number of specialized computer credentials including Microsoft certification. He heavily used the computer system in his home for work purposes and we had a technician from his company clean the disk storage of company files. rvly assumption is that used personal clothing and furniture has very little secondary value, estimates of the value of the computer. TV, and camera, were by checking values of similar items offered on Ebay. Condo rules prevent 'garage sales 'on the site. The Estate was anxious to clean up the condo to a salable level since an interested buyer had offered the full listed price. Any disposition of Mr. Espino's personal property was made in direct consultation with his mother. Mrs.Lualhati C. Espino.
