WHEREAS, SRINN ASAN V. SARMA, VIMALA C. SARMA and LAKSHMl SARMA of 8141
Jefferson Street, Hununelstown, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with THOMAS CONSTRUCTION of 155 Ken-Lin Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
building upon premises conunonly known as LOT 43 SIGNAL HILL, HAMPDEN TOWNSHIP
MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated
ID-lCi-C\C\ , recorded at Deed BookC210 ,Page 35;1. ,in the Recorder's Office for
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated
herein and attached hereto.
NOW, December 13, 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to conunence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or worlanen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor
or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hempden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNlNG at a point on the eastern line of General Knipe Circle, a 50 foot wide street,
said point also being the northwestern corner of Lot No. 42; THENCE along said right,of,
way line along a curve t.<> the right having a radius of 20.00 and an arc length of 28.68
feet, said arc being subtended by a ehord of North 54 degrees 25 minutes 09 seconds West
a distance of 26.28 feet to a point; THENCE continuing along said right~of.way line along
a curve to the left having a radius of 525.00 and an arc length of 146.03 feet, said arc
being subtended by a chord of North 21 degrees 18 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of
145.56 feet to a point; TI-illNCE continuing along said right-of,way line along a curve to
the right having a radius of 10.00 and an arc length of 14.36 feet, said arc being
subtended by a ehord of North 11 degr<!OS 51 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 13.15
feet to a point, said point also being on the southem right-of-way line of Signal Hill Drive,
a 50 foot wide street; THENCE along the southern line of Lot No. 44 North 88 degrees 07
minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 290.55 feet to a point, said point also being on the
eastern line of lands NIF Theodore E. Laukemann; THENCE along the eastern line of
said lands South 02 degrees 29 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 85.00 feet to a
point, said point also being the northeastern corner of Lot No. 42: TFmNCE, along the
northern line of said lot South 67 degrees 40 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of
232.58 feet to a point, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
