FoUowing are the steps that Triple K, Inc. has taken to receive payment that is owed.
1. On 08/30/99 a Civil Complaint was processed for the amount of$I,420.19 plus court cost.
Docket No. CV-0000206-99. Judgement was entered for Triple K, Inc. Amount of
Judgement $1,474.69.
2. On 12/30/99, A PRAECIPE FOR WRIT OF EXECUTIONIPRAECIPE FOR
ATTACHMENT EXECUTION was processed for aU personal property.
On 01/24/00, Triple K, Inc. received a property claim from Diane Lawyer, wife of the
defendant, claiming all property which includes the furniture that is in Terry L. Lawyer's name
on the sales slip from Triple K, Inc. Writ #2000-46 Civil Term.
3. On February 3, 2000, Triple K. Inc. received a Property Claim Determination in favor ofDaine
