JUDGMENT NOTE

For value received, the undersigned does hereby promise to pay on demand to RICHARD
L. WHISLER, vd/b/a WHISLERS WELL DRILLING, the principal sum of TWELVE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-TWO CENTS,
($12,299.82), together with interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum,
AND FURTHER, I do hereby authorize and empower the Prothonotary or any Attorney
of any Court of Record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for and enter Judgement against
me for the above sum, with or without declaration, with costs of suit, release or errors, without
stay of execution, and I hereby agree not to make any motion or any application whatsoever to
any Court for any inquisition on any real estate that may be levied upon to collect the aforesaid
sum, and I voluntarily condemn same, and authorize the Prothonotary to enter said voluntary
condemnation upon the Writ of Execution. I further agree that the above property may be sold by
Writ of Execution and further hereby waive and release all relief from any and all appraisements,
stay or exemption laws of any State now in force or which are passed hereafter.
WAIVER
IN EXECUTING THIS NOTE, urUNDERST AND tHE TRANS-ACTION, AND
KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE MY RIGHTS TO CONTEST THE
ENTRY OF THIS JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME IN COURT, AND DO HEREBY
CONSENT TO THE ENTRY OF THIS JUDGEMENT BY CONFESSION.
In the event that indebtedness evidenced by the Note is collected by or through an
attorney, the holder shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees to the extent permitted
by applicable law.

This note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Pennsylvania.
The undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, has signed this Judgment Note on
