SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
The will of decedent provided as follows:
"I give, devise and bequeath all my real estate and the furniture, fixtures,
equipment and tools located therein to my friends, Gordon W. Kohr and Connie L.
Kohr, his wife, or the survivor of them." The real estate was appraised at
$125,000.00 and the personal property therein at $242.00.
The real estate will be awarded to Connie L. Kohr, widow of Gordon W.
Kohr by order of court upon confirmation of the account. The personal property
has been delivered to her.
Decedent's will contained five residuary bequests as follows which have been
paid:

Paragraph 3 of decedent's will is a $3,000.00 bequest to Anna Burkholder
which was deleted by testator and will not be paid.
Decedent's will contains four residuary bequests all of which were deleted
from the will by testator and in each case a $100.00 bequest was given to each. The
executor therefore proposes to pay the following bequests:

The residue of the estate in the amount of$133,527.50 shall be distributed
under the intestate law. Harry was one of nine children. His siblings were Merle
Sr., Charles, Robert, Ruth, Sylvia, Dorothy, John and Sarah all of whom
predeceased Harry. Robert and Sylvia died unmarried and without issue.

I, HARRY E. WOLFE, of Hampden Township, Cwnberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made..
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after' my
decease as the same can conveniently be done.
2.
I direct that there shall be paid out of my residuary estate all estate, inheritance and
like taxes together with any interest or penalty thereon imposed by the Government of the
United States, or any state or territory thereof, or by any foreign government or political
subdivision thereof, in respect to all property required to be included in my gross estate
for estate, inheritance or like tax purposes by any of such governments, whether the
property passes under this will or otherwise.
