Kohr and Connie L. Kohr, his wife, or the survivor of them." The real estate was appraised at $125,000.00 and the personal property therein at $242.00. The real estate will be awarded to Connie L. Kohr, widow of Gordon W. Kohr by order of court upon confirmation of the account. The personal property has been delivered to her.
